I am very satisfied with Ricardo’s Fit Meals. My uncle has been consuming them due high cholesterol and high A1C. His lab values have all been normalized since he has been eating the fit meals from Ricardo’s. I recommend them not only for weight loss but also for a healthy lifestyle plus they are delicious!

These plates are so delicious. I have never had a bad meal. As someone who orders regularly I can recommend any fish or shrimp dish. The portions are perfect for a normal meal need and more is available for special needs. The Basa fish dish is a definite must try.

I recommend everyone give the meals a try, you will not be disappointed! They are exactly what I need to be successful on my health journey. They are super healthy and portioned just right! Quick, healthy, and AFFORDABLE meals TO GO! Great to take with you to work for lunch and easy enough to pop in the microwave for Dinner. This service has freed up so much time. I don't spend hours grocery shopping, cooking for two (very wasteful because I cook wayy to much) and dishes/cleanup. Communication is excellent, easy to order meals and pick-up is a breeze...very convenient all around! The food is delicious too; we LOVE the variety! Can't say enough good things about this place! Out of all the prepped meals in Brownsville, these are by far the tastiest and freshest ones available. They’re reasonably priced and you get a high quality meal that’s also portioned right. I suggest giving them a try, ordering is a breeze and they communicate with you each step of the way. My gut health has vastly improved and was I was genuinely impressed on how great their customer service is!
